A have been at a fantastic meeting with good people in Norway. The purpose was to plan a conference on mathematical and scientific e-content. to be held in tronheim norway 12-13 september 2008. url: http://www.ntnu.no/delta/workshop/ . It is the fourth in a series of conferences/workshops previously called mathML and scientific e-content. The change of title reflects several considerations. First of all this year's workshop focuses on mathematical and scientific e-Content in the educational sector with the aim of bringing together experts in technologies, mathematics and science education, practitioners and providers of tools and content. So the flavour of the conference is less technical and more transdisciplnary than the previous meetings. Secondly alternatives to mathML are introduced at the moment, and this should be taken into account.
